The Lenten Museum - The Rope and the Sword

Following Jesus isn’t easy—it’s exhausting, heartbreaking, and often feels unfair. In the Garden of Gethsemane, the disciples fell asleep, Judas betrayed, and soldiers seized Jesus, yet through it all, He remained in control. The world relies on force, but Jesus offers grace—even to those who betray Him. As we walk this journey, may we remember that Jesus doesn’t just forgive our sins; He gives us new hearts to live in His mercy.
